A therapist, coffee aficionado, and live music lover……

My approach as a therapist is tailored to your needs and desired outcomes. My goal is to find strategies that alleviate your symptoms, clarify your needs, improve your ability to authentically communicate and support you in being the expert on you.

When first engaging my clients, I use my training as a Bowen Family Systems therapist to look at family patterns. I do this by creating a Genogram (Family Map). This can be very eye-opening to see how often we repeat historical family patterns and how we can shift them to make significant changes.

I am also an IFS (Internal Family Systems) Level 1 trained therapist. IFS is a transformative evidence-based model of psychotherapy. It is an integrative approach to individual psychotherapy which combines systems thinking with the view that the mind is made up of relatively discrete subpersonalities, each with its own unique viewpoint and qualities.

I’m here to help you navigate through the process and answer any questions or concerns you might have along the way.
